Janet Jones is a San Francisco artist who works in painting, encaustic, printmaking, collage, assemblage, and mixed media. She often incorporates digital elements into her work, and is active in promoting the acceptance of digital technology in printmaking. She is a graduate of the California College of Arts and Crafts, now named California College of the Arts, as were her mother and her daughter. She has exhibited extensively, and is represented in private and corporate collections.
